Zambia triumphed 1-0 in the final of the HOLLYWOODBETS COSAFA Cup this past Sunday, winning a record seventh title in the regional showpiece competition. They were made to work hard for it, as coach Moses Sichone explains.

Finally, Lesotho appeared in their first COSAFA Cup final since 2000 and although they were on the losing side, there were plenty of positives from the tournament for coach Leslie Notsi.
