COSAFA, in partnership with Swiss-based sports events, media and marketing company Infront, recently held a workshop for our 14 member associations that provided cutting edge global best practices on delivering media for sponsors and fans.
Participants included media officers and members of the marketing teams from COSAFA member associations. They got a crash-course in global best practises, including the administration of social media accounts and how top best engage with fans.
Aspects such as building on-line communities, and content monitisation and amplification, were all discussed in the online workshop.
