Primeiro’s title defence dented in Dundo

Primeiro de Agosto’s Girabola title defence suffered a setback after a 1-1 draw against Sagrada Esperança in Dundo this week. Fellow title contenders Petro de Luanda gained some ground with three matches remaining in the season as they beat relegation-threatened Atlético Sport Aviação 3-0.
