Madagascar coach Franck Rajaonarisamba has named his final squad for the 2016 COSAFA Castle Cup and included last year’s top goal-scorer Jeannot Vombola.
Vombola plundered five goals as Madagascar finished third in South Africa and he will be a major threat to defences again in the competition in Namibia that runs from June 11-25.
The squad has plenty of experience, but one to watch may be 18-year-old midfielder Rinjala Raherinaivo.
Madagascar have been drawn in Group A at the 2016 COSAFA Castle Cup along with Zimbabwe, Swaziland and Seychelles.
The winner of that pool will play Zambia in the quarterfinals on June 19.
