We also hear from Banyana Banyana coach Des Ellis after her side advanced to the next round of qualifying for the Olympic Games in Paris next year.

Banyana Banyana will play Tanzania in the next stage after defeating the Democratic Republic of Congo 3-1 on aggregate in the previous round. But it was certainly not plain sailing for coach Ellis and her team.

We also hear from coach Leah Masango, who has been in Morocco on a CAF Instructors Course with several colleagues from the COSAFA region. Masango heads the Technical Study Group at COSAFA tournaments and is seeking to take the next step in her career by becoming a CAF Coach Instructor.
