COSAFA and ISSPF launch Diploma in Soccer Performance Analysis
COSAFA, in partnership with the International Soccer Science & Performance Federation (ISSPF), has launched a Diploma in Soccer Performance Analysis designed for Southern African football practitioners.
The programme provides a unique pathway alongside coaching licenses, combining academic knowledge with practical application to raise the region’s standards in football science and tactical education.
The diploma is structured in three progressive modules: Foundation, Intermediate, and Masters Certificates. These cover a wide range of topics, from video analysis, tactical trends, and team-based analysis to opponent preparation, talent identification, and set piece evaluation.
Delivered by a global faculty of leading academics and practitioners, the content ensures learners are exposed to the latest insights and methods in elite football.
Offered entirely online, the diploma allows participants to study at their own pace and convenience. Graduates will be equipped to deliver valuable performance insights, influence training design, and contribute to the advancement of Southern African football.
